MIPN is working with support from the U.S. Forest Service to promote revegetation with native plants as a strategy to improve the long-term effectiveness of invasive plant control efforts. This page includes resources and materials specifically developed to help CWMAs/CISMAs/PRISMs and entry-level land managers in the Midwest navigate through the complexities of ecological restoration. Topics include revegetation to improve success of invasive plant removal, changing ecosystem properties to prevent the spread of invasive species, and soil remediation to prevent invasive plant establishment. Resources include:
